Lead Online Game Designer

• Senior-level experience in game design for online and live-service (Games-as-a-Service) titles
• Prior experience as Lead Game Designer or Design Director
• Open and supportive attitude towards team members
• Structured and professional approach to game design and production methodologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good command of English
• Knowledge of statistics and/or data analytics tools
• Knowledge of visual scripting tools or languages
• Passion for video games and knowledge of industry trends, especially in Online, F2P, and Live Operations markets

• Define the framework and structure for new experiences in the Dying Light franchise
• Lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver the design vision
• Manage the full development cycle: conception, prototyping, implementation, release, and support
• Advocate for your team, utilizing their strengths effectively
• Define and design progression systems, gameplay mechanics, and online features
• Collaborate with marketing and business development on engagement mechanisms and in-game economy
• Work closely with Production to plan development roadmap and set goals
• Prioritize and assign tasks to designers and developers
• Communicate with programmers, artists, animators, and other production teams
• Support structured and iterative implementation of designed features
• Work with player research on playtests and data gathering
• Create and maintain clear design documentation
