Citigroup is hiring an IT Business Unit Lead Analyst to provide strategic technology and operations advice within the business. This role entails managing application lifecycles and compliance, leading program management, and representing the technology office in strategic forums.

Wymagania

  • 6-10 years of experience in a technology planning role.
  • Advanced level of experience in Project Management.
  • Subject matter expert in at least one area of technology planning.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Obowiązki

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of local applications, ensuring data accuracy and completeness per firm standards.
  • Proactively identify, register, and manage application-related risks and compliance requirements.
  • Drive information security agenda for the application portfolio, ensuring timely vulnerability remediation.
  • Act as primary technology contact for internal and external audits and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure business continuity by managing application resilience and continuity of business testing requirements.
  • Provide senior Technology SME leadership throughout the project lifecycle including requirements gathering and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain technology product roadmap aligned with overall strategy and manage the country's book of work.
  • Lead governance forums, presenting program status, financial performance, and regulatory updates.
  • Oversee release and downtime management, ensuring communication with stakeholders and vendor engagement.
  • Represent the In-Country Technology office in strategic forums reporting on technology updates, risks, and initiatives.
