Senior React Native Engineer, Consumer Alliance

HelloFresh's HelloTech organisation in Warsaw is a global technology backbone with more than 1000 people building digital products for end-to-end food experience, powering multiple brands including meal kits, ready-to-eat meals, pet food, and premium meat & seafood.

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with React Native
• Minimum 5 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in building component-based architectures using React.js and Node.js
• Deep understanding of integrating frontend and backend services
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and solid testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Solid hands-on experience working with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot), using AI tools as thought partners with awareness of output quality and verification practices
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers and other functional roles such as product management and UX designers

• Build and improve the cart, checkout, and wallet flows in React Native apps from problem definition to production and measurement
• Run experiments on high-traffic, revenue-critical surfaces and use results for product decisions
• Collaborate with engineers company-wide to improve code base, systems, and processes
• Design and develop scalable solutions
• Support team members through workshops, pair programming, and code reviews
