• Proven practical ability to define business requirements as Product Backlog using agile methodologies
• Independent problem-solving and proposing business solutions
• Experience in at least 3 projects as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in business process realization
• Ability to model and optimize business processes
• Experience creating use cases
• Developing quantitative analyses
• Experience in the financial sector
• Higher education in economics or technical field
• Ability to build contacts
• Independence in task completion
• Knowledge of English
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

Technical competencies: BPM, NC

Business competencies: process analysis, communication

Tool competencies: Jira, Confluence, MS Office
