Business Analyst

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in data & AI.
• Deep understanding of a business domain.
• High-level understanding of Data & AI.
• Advanced collaboration skills.
• Ability to articulate requirements to technical stakeholders.
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong delivery management skills including agile and Scrum.
• Experience leading meetings or workshops.
• Natural curiosity to create novel business products.

• Connect with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly in Azure DevOps.
• Work with the technical team to ensure requirements are translated into technical solutions and actionable work.
• Support the team during delivery to ensure clarity and understanding.
• Support the Product Manager in creating and preparing Business Requirements Documentation.
• Conduct functional testing on features to ensure quality.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
