Associate Product Manager

Surfer is an AI Visibility Platform that helps marketing teams grow brand visibility through content by combining data, research-backed optimization, and a user-friendly workflow. It is used by content marketers, SEO specialists, agencies, and in-house marketing teams worldwide to track, plan, write, and optimize content ranked and cited by search engines and large language models. Surfer is part of Positive Group, a tech group specializing in B2B SaaS products for marketing teams, with around 400 employees across France, Germany, Italy, and Poland, supporting customers in over 80 countries.

• Hands-on experience in a product company, close to how features actually get built (experience in roles like support, marketing, QA counts).
• Understanding at least the basics of the software development process.
• Organized and reliable, able to gather scattered information, structure it clearly, and deliver on commitments.
• Receptive to feedback, proactively flags risks and gaps, and offers recommendations.

Nice to have:

• Experience with tools like Mixpanel, Linear, Notion, Figma or similar.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, search engines, content, or AI.
• Conversational Polish and fluent English.

• Preparing feature and task descriptions, specs, and supporting documentation.
• Tracking statuses, next steps, and follow-through on agreed decisions.
• Keeping information flowing correctly so decisions are communicated clearly and executed as intended.
• Supporting product discovery and delivery.
• Preparing product, competitive, and market research.
• Gathering and organizing input from users and internal teams.
• Maintaining decision logs.
• Analyzing basic product data.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders including the executive team and developers.
• Driving a clear, transparent communication process.
• Coordinating smaller initiatives end-to-end.
