Architekt Systemowy (Java)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system architecture design and supervision.
• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance or financial domain.
• Very good knowledge of:
  • Java
  • Spring Framework
  • Microservice architecture
  • Architectural and integration patterns
• Experience in designing scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud solutions and infrastructure automation.
• Experience in observability and end-to-end monitoring.
• Experience with API Governance.
• Experience in Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience in Event-Driven Architecture.
• Experience with code review, mentoring, and conducting technical workshops.
• English at a minimum B2 level.
• Readiness to work hybrid in Warsaw (minimum 3 days per week from the office).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agentic SDLC or AI-supported solutions.
• Knowledge of multi-cloud strategies.
• Advanced practice in DDD.
• Awareness of cloud environment cost optimization.
• Participation in defining technological standards at the organizational level.

• Designing the architecture of the new system and creating technical documentation.
• Co-creating a solution from scratch in a distributed microservices architecture.
• Preparing feasibility analyses and technological recommendations.
• Defining architectural standards and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions.
• Estimating architectural and development work.
• Supporting development teams during implementation, code reviews, and solving technical problems.
• Designing solutions in compliance with security, reliability, and scalability requirements.
• Co-creating technology roadmaps and assessing architectural risks.
• Supporting deployment processes and system stabilization.

The candidate must be willing to work hybrid in Warsaw with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
