Data Analyst

• Proven experience in data management, data quality, or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry
• Experience with advanced SQL, Python, R, Java, and Scala
• Familiarity with data taxonomy and ability to build small data models
• Experience within financial crime areas such as AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Professional, organized, structured work approach with high quality standards
• Ability to handle fast-paced projects with changing priorities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing)

Nice to have:

• Experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies
• Experience with data migration and integration projects

• Produce reports using Power BI
• Work closely with business areas and key business leads across IT, Architecture, Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal, and the Business to implement changes
• Support the GKYC programme with data analytics, design, and development
