Senior DevOps Engineer

CouponFollow is a remote-first product company of around 80 people, helping millions of shoppers save money online through their website and Cently browser extension. Engineering teams are primarily based in Poland, while business teams are in the U.S. The organization is product-oriented, combining Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to solve real problems and deliver measurable business impact.

• Strong Azure expertise including architecture, Landing Zones, RBAC, networking, Azure Container Registry, ARM/Bicep, and cost optimization
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform including module design and state management
• Practical CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps Pipelines
• Fluent in English and Polish (at least C1 level)
• Deep understanding of cloud security and identity management, including Azure AD, policies, and scanning tools
• Experience with platform engineering and developer enablement
• Expertise in observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics
• Proficient scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Knowledge of containerization best practices

Nice to have:

• Exposure to policy-as-code such as Azure Policy or compliance frameworks
• Experience coding AI agents (e.g., Claude, Codex, Copilot)
• Familiarity with security practices across the SDLC including supply chain protection, SAST, DAST, and WAF
• Experience with LGTM stack
• Previous work experience at a product company

• Design and build "golden paths" and reusable platform components to accelerate development
• Architect Azure Landing Zones using Terraform
• Build and maintain platform services using Azure Container Apps, App Services, and Functions
• Create reusable CI/CD pipelines with built-in security and quality checks using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps Pipelines
• Own complex aspects of platform infrastructure such as networking, security, and connectivity to simplify developer experience
• Automate processes using Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting
• Drive initiatives end-to-end by gathering feedback, running demos, iterating solutions, and taking ownership
• Participate in platform support routines and incident response
• Shape future platform strategy
