Reporting Developer (Power BI, with German)

• At least 3 years of experience with reporting tools including Power BI; experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
• Experience with business intelligence tools of the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Query, and Power Apps development.
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis techniques, and enterprise data warehouses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Deep knowledge of building and developing ETL processes using M language and report modeling using DAX.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud solutions.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum B2/C1 level) for effective stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of ITSM reporting and KPI tracking is a plus.

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Deliver reporting and analytics solutions as part of multiple projects for clients.
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize data models, queries, and reporting solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms.
• Support analysis of business and operational performance metrics.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to drive reporting improvements.
• Maintain reporting documentation and best practices.
