Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a similar position.
Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-level software systems, including mission-critical systems.
At least 2 years of experience with complex enterprise systems covering asset and/or human resources management and financial management.
Knowledge of UML and the ability to design applications using UML.
Experience with the full software development lifecycle and working in Scrum teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum first-cycle degree) in a field related to the position.
At least one intermediate-level certification in software development relevant to the domain, or an equivalent internationally recognized certification.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level software solutions in accordance with business and technical requirements.
Designing and developing the data layer, business logic layer, and user interface layer.
Participating in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design through implementation and testing to deployment and maintenance.
Working as part of a Scrum team, including solving technical problems, documenting technical solutions, and supporting the team in delivering software solutions.
