Solution Architect Veeva Vault

Upvanta is offering a remote position for a Solution Architect focusing on designing solutions within the Veeva Vault environment. The role involves collaboration with teams responsible for configuration, integration, QA, and technical writing across international teams from Poland, India, Czech Republic, and the USA.

• 4–6 years of experience in Solution Architecture / Solution Design or related role
• Practical experience with Veeva Vault (MUST HAVE)
• Knowledge of Veeva Vault configuration including Objects, Lifecycles, Workflows
• Experience with integrations, especially Vault-to-Vault Connections, API, and/or MuleSoft
• Experience creating Solution Design Documents, specifications, and data flow diagrams
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably GxP
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with multiple Veeva Vaults such as Clinical, RIM, Quality, Safety, Medical, or CRM
• Experience in Veeva CoE / shared platform services
• Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, or C4 Model
• Veeva Vault Platform Administrator certification
• TOGAF Foundation certification

• Translate architectural assumptions into concrete technical solutions
• Collaborate with Configuration, Integration, QA, and Technical Writing teams
• Work under Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Analyze the impact of changes on solutions and other vaults
• Assess which decisions can be made independently and which require escalation to Senior Architect
• Communicate effectively and work with distributed teams
