Software Quality Automation Engineer (C#)

Xopero Software creates Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions such as Xopero ONE, Xopero Unified Protection, and GitProtect, protecting IT environments, applications, and code repositories worldwide. Their clients include small companies and global brands like T-Mobile, Avis, and Quest Diagnostics.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in test automation using C# / .NET
• Good knowledge of test tools and libraries such as NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest
• Experience in API testing using tools like RestSharp, HttpClient, or Postman
• Commercial experience with Selenium or Playwright
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Daily use of Git, Jira, and Docker
• Knowledge of OOP principles, SOLID, and DRY
• Communication skills in Polish and English
• Ability to organize work independently and focus on quality

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, SignalR, S3 Storage, MS365, TeamCity, or GitLab
• Experience in performance testing or monitoring with tools like JMeter, Gatling, or APM
• Experience testing cloud solutions and CI/CD
• Practical knowledge in administration of Linux and/or Windows Server
• ISTQB certification
• Ability to analyze logs, services, processes, and system resource usage
• Knowledge of computer networks: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall, ports, and certificates
• Knowledge related to storage systems, file systems, NAS, SMB/NFS, and RAID
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, or KVM
• Knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, or other automation tools for administrative tasks

• Create and develop automated API and E2E tests using Selenium or Playwright
• Collaborate with the development team to implement and verify new functionalities
• Analyze bugs, report test results, and maintain the stability of the test environment
• Develop the test framework in C# / .NET and integrate tests with CI/CD processes
• Prepare test and technical documentation and improve QA processes
• Perform manual verification of new features about 20–30% of the time
• Participate in Code Review and contribute to test code quality
