IT Project Manager/Business Partner (k/m/n)

"NO LIMIT" Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością offers a role focused on IT project management within logistics and transportation domains, specifically involving Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

• Minimum 2 years of IT project management experience, including at least 1 year in WMS or TMS projects.
• Practical knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., PSI, Manhattan, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, Infor) or TMS systems (e.g., SPEED, Transporeon, SAP TM, Oracle TMS, BluJay, Manhattan TMS).
• Experience working with development and implementation teams.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes (receipt, picking, inventory, shipment) or transport processes (planning, ordering, monitoring, settlement).
• Ability to analyze data and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of WMS integration with ERP, TMS, MES or TMS integration with ERP, WMS, telematics, and carrier platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment.
• Proactiveness, independence, and problem-solving focus.
• Higher education in technical fields, logistics, IT, or project management.
• Fluent Polish.
• Communicative English (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, Scrum Master.
• Certifications related to WMS, logistics, TMS, or transport systems.

• Lead IT projects in logistics and warehousing (WMS) and transport/logistics (TMS) using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements for WMS and TMS systems.
• Collaborate with development teams, analysts, testers, and end users.
• Coordinate implementations, integration testing, and user training.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Maintain relationships with WMS/TMS system suppliers and oversee service level agreements (SLA).
• Document project progress and report to stakeholders.
