Specjalista Helpdesk (k/m)

Agro Aplikacje is a modern in-house software company supporting innovative IT solutions essential for the tasks of the Agencja Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa (ARiMR). The company designs, simplifies, and expands solutions using modern technologies with a flexible approach to project execution, helping digitalize the Polish agricultural sector.

• Higher education in a relevant field and/or postgraduate studies or specialist courses related to IT/helpdesk, with at least 1 year of experience, or secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in IT/helpdesk/service desk.
• Knowledge of JIRA.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Office 365 environments.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
• Analytical thinking and searching for new solutions.
• Ability to clearly communicate information to users.

• Support beneficiaries in using ARiMR portals and internet applications, including PUE and the new Portal Rolnika system.
• Conduct informational activities outside the company, including visits to institutions and universities to present portal functionalities and encourage usage.
• Support beneficiaries and ARiMR, Agro Aplikacje employees, and external users through ticket handling: registration, status assignment, monitoring, and archiving.
• Resolve basic user issues related to IT systems and provided services.
• Create a knowledge base from solutions to tickets.
• Improve personal knowledge and qualifications using the HD knowledge base, ARiMR portals, trainings, and courses.
• Comply with ARiMR and Agro Aplikacje procedures, regulations, instructions, and guidelines.
• Assign and modify permissions for applications used by ARiMR and cooperating institutions.
