• Minimum 2 years experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications.

• Testing functionalities implemented in the digital channels of the Brokerage Office from the end-user GUI perspective.
• Executing functional tests of changes delivered within sprints.
• Supporting the development team in ongoing verification of implemented changes.
• Verifying compliance of implementations with acceptance criteria defined by the business.
• Identifying, recording, and verifying application defects.
• Collaborating with developers to analyze defect causes and verify fixes.
• Performing regression tests based on scenarios provided by the business.
• Identifying missing test cases and proposing their completion to business owners.
• Preparing and maintaining test documentation.
• Reporting test results and quality of delivered solutions.
• Reporting observations on issues occurring outside the developed channels, e.g., external system and backend configurations.
• Collaborating with business partners, analysts, developers, administrators, and solution providers.
