UX Designer

• Experience with UX/UI design (internships, apprenticeships, or professional work)
• Proficient use of Figma for prototyping, components, and auto layout
• Ability to design for both mobile applications (iOS/Android) and websites
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles
• Knowledge of AI tools supporting designers (e.g., Midjourney, Galileo AI, Adobe Firefly, Copilot)
• Portfolio showcasing completed projects

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding technological constraints
• Experience with design systems
• Familiarity with UX research tools (Maze, Hotjar, UseBerry)
• Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Designing and prototyping user interfaces for mobile applications and websites
• Conducting and analyzing usability research (user testing, interviews, surveys) and implementing findings
• Creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborating closely with developers and product owners throughout the design process
• Participating in defining functionalities and ensuring design system consistency
• Iteratively enhancing products based on user data and feedback
