• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
• Strong technical skills in .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core.
• Deep architectural experience with Azure services including App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Front Door, Redis, Storage, Service Bus, Application Insights, Key Vault, and CI/CD.
• Experience modernizing monoliths to modular, service-oriented, or domain-driven components in production environments.
• Practical knowledge of API design, system integration, security, observability, and preparing systems for high load.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with senior management (CTO/CIO and business stakeholders).
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to analyze code, logs, database behavior, Azure configurations, and deployment processes.

Nice to have:

• Experience in insurance/insurtech, fintech, banking, or regulated environments.
• Experience with high-growth platforms under scaling pressure.
• Practical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, and service decomposition.
• Experience designing systems for pricing, underwriting, policy servicing, claims, or customer lifecycle.

• Analyze and evaluate current architecture, dependencies, service boundaries, data flows, and performance bottlenecks.
• Define a practical modernization roadmap prioritizing stabilization and modularization.
• Identify bounded contexts and business domains such as pricing, policies, claims, customer service, notifications, and documents.
• Establish architectural guardrails for .NET, Azure, APIs, integration, data access, observability, security, and deployment readiness.
• Collaborate closely with engineering team leads, database architects, DevOps, QA, business partners, and senior management (CTO/CIO).
• Translate architectural decisions to business impact metrics including speed, risk management, scalability, compliance, costs, and operational resilience.
• Review technical designs and actively prevent new technical debt during modernization.
