Luigi's Box is a fast-growing scale-up specializing in AI-powered e-commerce search and product discovery solutions. Serving over 4,000 online stores including Notino, Benu, O2, and Under Armour, it operates primarily in the Czech, Slovak, Polish, DACH, and Benelux markets. The company has an international team of around 120 experts across 10+ countries and focuses on delivering solutions such as Search, Analytics, Recommender, and Product Listing.

• Professional proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Solid, independent experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on real websites, including handling timing and dynamic content.
• Hands-on experience with data formats (JSON, XML, CSV feeds), REST APIs, and data quality handling.
• Proven record of shipping integrations or frontend work independently, with portfolio examples.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to flag risks early.
• Methodical debugging skills using tools like Browser DevTools, DataLayer, and GA4.
• Confident client communication skills to explain technical trade-offs and engage in client calls.
• Comfortable with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude and the judgment to verify AI outputs.

Nice to have:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as IdoSell, Shoptet, Shopify, Magento, or PrestaShop.
• Familiarity with templating frameworks like Vue.js.
• Previous experience in SaaS or agency environments.

Own the technical implementation end to end:

• Design integration solutions tailored to client data structures, design, and technical capacity.
• Act as the technical expert, guiding clients on the best integration approach and executing it.
• Integrate and fine-tune multiple services including Search, Autocomplete, Recommender, Product Listing, Shopping Assistant, and Conversational Agent.

Work on the frontend:

• Develop using JavaScript, DOM manipulation, templating, and styling on dynamic and custom-designed client sites.
• Write clean, maintainable code that is easy to understand and explain.

Work with data and analytics:

• Create and adjust data mappings, troubleshoot synchronization and data quality issues.
• Implement and validate tracking events using the site's DataLayer and analytics API, debugging collection issues.

Debug methodically:

• Identify the root causes of issues in data, configuration, or client sites and fix them.
• Perform QA checks, visual inspections, and verify integration health before handover.

Be the technical voice for your clients:

• Provide technical answers and explain trade-offs in client communications.
• Maintain clear internal and Jira communication and flag risks early.

Work the agentic way:

• Utilize AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude for code drafting and data mapping, verifying outputs before delivery.
