Senior Software Engineer

The Entitlement Management System (EMS) team at Accuris builds the core platform services used by every Accuris product, including user and license management, role-based and policy-based access control, authorization and authentication, and web-based administration tools. EMS services handle approximately 3 million transactions per day with response times around 200 ms. The platform employs a cloud-native architecture in AWS with web UI composed of micro frontends following microservices principles.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-7+ years of software development experience with web-based applications and cloud-native systems.
• Fullstack experience with strong backend expertise in C# .NET Core and REST APIs, plus Angular or React.
• Experience with microservices architecture, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Git workflows, automated testing, SQL schema design, and ORMs such as Entity Framework.
• Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, action-oriented approach.
• Commitment to engineering excellence, security, maintainability, and documentation.
• Very good spoken and written English (C1 or higher).

• Design and develop web applications based on microservice architecture using Angular, React, and .NET technologies.
• Own complex components end-to-end including requirements refinement, technical design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Contribute to architecture, framework, database, and service design decisions aligned with platform standards.
• Build and maintain automated tests, quality gates, CI/CD pipelines, and code review practices.
• Contribute to containerisation and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes, and support production operations through monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and mentor mid-level engineers.
