Middle Software Engineer (.NET)

Accuris is an engineering intelligence company building software products used by engineering teams at Boeing, NASA and SpaceX. They develop backend services, web applications, APIs, frontend integration, databases and cloud-enabled delivery. The Gdańsk team works closely with QA, DevOps, frontend engineers, Product Owners and Business Analysts.

• 2-3 years of software development experience with a focus on .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, RESTful services, and engineering best practices.
• Practical experience with Angular and foundational knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server or similar, ORMs such as Entity Framework, Git, Agile delivery, and basic exposure to Azure, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborative mindset, problem-solving attitude, commitment to code quality and documentation, proactive communication, and good English proficiency (C1 or higher).

• Write clean, efficient and maintainable code in C# and .NET, building web applications, services and APIs.
• Participate in software design and architecture discussions for scalable and secure solutions.
• Use Angular, JavaScript, and frontend technologies to integrate user interfaces with .NET Core backend services.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, frontend engineers, Product Owners and Business Analysts through code reviews, pair programming, refinement, planning, and estimation.
• Debug and resolve software issues, optimize code, monitor production applications, and support incident resolution.
• Write unit and narrow integration tests, support automated testing workflows, and maintain documentation.
