AI Tester

This position is within the banking industry, focused on AI testing.

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with automation scripting using Tosca (or any equivalent tool).
• Solid experience in AI testing and its implementation.
• Experience in designing automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in both functional (CRM) and automation testing.
• Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of Investment Banking and Risk Management.
• Experience with agile/scrum project executions.
• Functional testing experience of CRM applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test cases utilizing tools like Tosca.
• Conduct functional regression testing and execute test cases.
• Participate in collaborative efforts with a global team across regions.
• Proactively identify and resolve impediments in the testing process.
• Develop solutions that address both functional requirements and maintain consistent performance.
• Manage defects and ensure quality through various testing phases (SIT, UAT, Production).
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.

The work mode is hybrid with 6 days per month from the Warsaw or Krakow office location in Poland.
