• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered a distinct advantage.

• Provide high-quality technical support to German-speaking clients regarding advanced cybersecurity software solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot security-related inquiries to ensure optimal protection of client data and infrastructure.
• Maintain a deep understanding of evolving cybersecurity threats to provide proactive advice and incident guidance.
• Guide users through complex authentication, encryption, and system recovery processes via email, chat, and phone.
• Document detailed service reports and security incidents to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve high-priority cybersecurity escalations swiftly and professionally.
• Educate clients on security best practices to prevent future vulnerabilities, reinforcing our position as a leader in the cybersecurity industry.
