Tech Leader / Backend Architecture

Devire IT Outsourcing provides B2B cooperation dedicated to IT professionals, implementing innovative and modern projects for clients. The role is in the Platform Squad, a newly formed team building a securities investment data platform and API layer from scratch, including data pipelines, a strategy engine, and external APIs.

• 5+ years of system architecture leadership experience in securities, banking, asset management, fintech, quant, or similar
• Experience designing or implementing systems that execute, compose, and rebalance investment strategies
• Experience implementing data models into production systems
• Experience improving team workflows using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and agents

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of the financial regulatory environment
• Understanding of on-chain systems and smart contracts

• Design and build a data platform architecture based on securities investment data (quotes, executions, security master)
• Design and implement an engine that composes multiple securities into a single investment strategy and rebalances it
• Build real-time event pipelines
• Design, implement, and operate APIs that expose investment data and trading functions externally
