Junior Manager (Supplier Relationship Management)

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management.
• Proven experience managing strategic supplier portfolios within complex, global organizations.
• Strong background in supplier governance, performance management, and relationship development.
• Experience in supplier risk management, due diligence programs, and cross-functional risk mitigation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong relationships with supplier leadership teams.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Proficiency in supplier management and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, and reporting tools including Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

• Develop and execute supplier relationship strategies for strategic and business-critical suppliers.
• Lead supplier governance programs, including executive business reviews and stakeholder engagement forums.
• Drive supplier performance management through KPIs, scorecards, and structured improvement plans.
• Partner with Procurement and business leaders to identify opportunities for innovation, value creation, and cost optimization.
• Oversee supplier segmentation activities and define appropriate engagement models across the supplier portfolio.
• Lead supplier risk assessment and mitigation initiatives in collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Privacy teams.
• Deliver strategic supplier insights, market intelligence, and performance reporting to support business decision-making.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practices across supplier relationship management frameworks and processes.
