AI Engineer

P&G Polska SP.Z O.O operates projects with global or regional responsibilities and access to world leading IT partners and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Demonstrated skills in at least one IT job with basic awareness of Integrated Risk Management and IT Operations.
• Experience building AI products end-to-end, from pipelines to LLM calls to interfaces.
• Participation in teamwork with awareness of cultural impacts.
• Experience with Azure, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Python and familiarity with AI frameworks including LangGraph and LangChain.

• Engage in proof of concepts and experiments to evaluate new models and technology.
• Develop high quality, standard-compliant, tested code.
• Contribute code and tools to central re-usable libraries and repositories.
• Develop AI agents, tools, skills, features, data quality tests, ETL/ELT pipelines, and distributed computer architectures.
• Deploy AI products across the clouds, skillfully leveraging cloud-native services.
