Senior Software Engineer with Angular

• Strong experience with backend and frontend development, specifically with authorization frameworks (RBAC), gRPC, and API design
• Familiarity with modernization projects, particularly migrating legacy frontends to web-based frameworks
• Proven ability to create technical documentation such as PRDs and user guides, and define metrics/KPI strategies for product launches
• Experience in code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration with accessibility teams to ensure product inclusivity
• Solid understanding of security best practices across API and database layers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Availability to work hybrid from one of the client's offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Gdańsk, or Warsaw

Nice to have:

• Experience with RPA platforms or automation tooling at scale
• Familiarity with cloud-native development on major cloud platforms
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
• Experience with Protocol Buffers and service-oriented architectures
• Background working in large-scale, globally distributed engineering organizations
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs post-launch

• Manage the full lifecycle of major features, including authoring Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), designing metrics strategies, configuration, release, and post-launch stabilization
• Lead the implementation and modernization of authorization stacks, including RBAC and principal validation
• Ensure robust security practices across API and database layers
• Drive migration of legacy codebases to modern infrastructure, such as transitioning legacy clients to gRPC and migrating to modern web frameworks
• Develop frontend components including navigation menus, state modules, and UI widgets
• Prioritize accessibility (A11y) and user experience improvements
• Conduct thorough code reviews and organize bug bash sessions to maintain system stability
• Provide technical guidance during bug-fixing phases
• Facilitate onboarding of new team members and present demos to stakeholders
• Collaborate on system architecture and software quality discussions
