Support Engineer with Kubernetes

Join a global platform engineering team responsible for building, scaling, and supporting an enterprise Kubernetes environment used by internal teams worldwide.

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration (3+ years)
• Good understanding of containerization, orchestration, and troubleshooting in production environments
• Experience with Unix/Linux administration
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and automation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Business-level English
• Experience with Service Mesh technologies is a plus
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the infrastructure platform
• Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Kubernetes environments
• Troubleshoot incidents, performance issues, and integration failures
• Perform root cause analysis and implement reliability improvements
• Monitor platform health and analyse logs and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform resilience and operational efficiency
• Provide on-call support for production environments as part of a 24/7 support model

On-call duty 1-2 times per month; Work hours 11-19; Participation in 24/7 on-call support including weekends.
