Program/Project Management Lead

LinkGroup is recruiting for a Program / Project Management Lead role responsible for the successful and timely launch of a new production facility planned for 2029, coordinating multiple disciplines including construction, production, automation, logistics, infrastructure, and IT/OT systems.

• 8+ years of experience in complex Program / Project Management roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or capital investment projects.
• Experience delivering greenfield projects involving construction and launch of new production facilities.
• Strong knowledge of critical-path planning, scheduling, budget and cost control, risk management, and milestone management.
• Experience coordinating multiple project disciplines and managing complex interdependencies.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with General Contractors, Contract Engineers, and external suppliers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including work with Steering Committees and senior management.
• Ability to operate effectively in highly complex, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of integration among production, buildings, utilities, machinery, logistics, and IT/OT systems.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions, escalate risks, and drive teams under significant time pressure.

• Experience in defense or automotive industry.
• Experience in factory ramp-up or production launch.
• Knowledge of ERP, IT/OT, industrial automation, and simulation systems.
• Experience in projects involving significant organizational and technological change.
• Experience working in multi-entity or multi-contractor project environments.

• Lead the overall program focusing on the 2029 go-live deadline.
• Develop and manage critical-path plans, milestones, dependencies, and project schedules.
• Monitor and control scope, budget, schedule, and quality across the program.
• Coordinate milestone acceptance and ensure timely delivery of key project phases.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to the Steering Committee.
• Coordinate activities across construction, production, machinery, automation, logistics, infrastructure, and IT/OT.
• Ensure an integrated approach to factory layout, material flow, internal logistics, and production ramp-up.
• Lead cooperation between multiple entities including General Contractor, Contract Engineer, and internal project teams.
• Manage stakeholders and drive effective change management throughout the program.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams covering production, logistics, IT/OT, ERP, simulation, and HSE/BHP.
• Ensure alignment of all project streams towards launching the fully operational production facility.
