UX/UI Designer

• Strong portfolio of commercial UX and UI projects.
• Understanding of design processes tailored to user and client needs.
• Knowledge of web and mobile design, responsive and adaptive design, layout, hierarchy, and micro-interactions.
• Understanding of Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Strong command of grid systems, typography, colour theory, and component-based design.
• AI-first design mindset.
• Written and spoken English and Polish at minimum B2 level.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice to have:

• Experience in UX audits.

• Experience delivering projects in the MENA region.

• 2 years of experience in similar roles.

• Skills in UX design, UI design, Design System, Prototyping, UX research, Information Architecture, Responsive design, Accessible interface design, Communication, Presentation.

• Create UX and UI solutions from user flows and information architecture to polished interfaces.

• Design wireframes, mockups, UI components, interactive prototypes, design systems, and UI kits.

• Maintain visual and interaction consistency with project standards.

• Research product performance and identify enhancement opportunities.

• Optimize products using analytics tools including Google Analytics and Hotjar.

• Deliver design end to end, from research and ideation through visual design and developer handoff.

• Maintain and extend large design systems with new patterns and components.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and international multidisciplinary teams on business requirements.

• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors.

• Remote B2B cooperation based on agreed outcomes, delivery quality, and clear communication.

• Work in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment with access to required project tools.
