Delivery Lead

Mindbox connects top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The company is tech-driven, combining consulting, engineering, and talent to build digital solutions. The role focuses on managing a global Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation programme named Project Orbit, collaborating with a global bank.

• Strong project management expertise with experience managing large-scale technology programmes.
• Previous hands-on experience delivering IAM projects.
• Good understanding of IAM and security controls, including governance capabilities.
• Technical awareness of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD tooling, Cloud environments, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements related to IAM.
• Proactive, self-motivated team player with a problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have:

• PM qualifications such as Prince2 or PMP.
• Experience as Scrum Master or Lead in large-scale digital/security programmes.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and agile workflow tools.

• Manage multiple Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) workstreams across global business units.
• Use programme reporting practices to keep JIRA and Confluence updated and accurate.
• Identify blockers and collaborate with teams to mitigate risks and maintain progress.
• Work with stakeholders to agree on priorities and deliver according to schedule.
• Handle changes to scope and resourcing while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Produce weekly status reports detailing progress, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to achieve delivery objectives.
