Data Analyst

Scalo is a company delivering software projects and supporting partners in business development with a broad spectrum of IT services including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
• Very good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Very good knowledge of Python, especially for data processing using Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience in designing and developing ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience preparing data for reporting, business analysis, and advanced analytics.
• Experience defining KPIs and collaborating with business stakeholders to identify analytical needs.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualization solutions.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar.
• Understanding of data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
• Ability to analyze data quality and identify anomalies and dependencies.
• Ability to formulate business recommendations based on data.
• Effective collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Big Data environments (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, or similar).
• Knowledge of data orchestration tools such as Airflow.
• Experience working with cloud solutions.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning data preparation.
• Experience in automating reporting and KPI monitoring.

• Acquire, prepare, and process data for business analysis and reporting.
• Design and develop data integration and transformation (ETL/ELT) processes.
• Create and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPI metrics.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate analytical needs into data and reporting requirements.

The project is located in Warsaw and requires a hybrid work mode with presence in the Warsaw office once a week.
