Wymagania
- Strong experience building and shipping end-to-end AI/ML solutions in real-world environments.
- Hands-on background in agentic AI systems and autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows.
- Deep understanding of Graph Machine Learning (GNNs, knowledge graphs, network-based models).
- Experience applying AI in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or Drug Discovery.
- Proven ability to build and deploy production-grade AI tools, agents, dashboards, or internal platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern ML/AI ecosystems.
- Comfortable working in scientific, research-driven, or R&D-heavy environments.
Nice to have:
- Experience with molecular foundation models or protein language models.
- Experience with LLM-based scientific agents.
- Scientific publications in AI, computational biology, bioinformatics, or drug discovery.
- Experience working with biologics or molecular simulations.
- Familiarity with cloud/MLOps environments.
Obowiązki
- Design and deliver AI solutions for Life Sciences and Pharma.
- Contribute to AI-driven drug discovery and early drug development.
- Build and deploy production-ready AI systems, agents, and scientific workflows.
- Apply Graph ML, knowledge graphs, and network biology approaches to biomedical problems.
- Develop AI solutions for molecular modelling, biologics, and small molecule discovery.
- Collaborate closely with scientific and research teams.
- Translate research concepts into scalable, production-oriented AI solutions.
- Take full ownership of delivery with minimal supervision.
