We are part of the Content & SEO team that attracts job seekers with valuable articles ranking high in search results. The Technical SEO team focuses on improvements of websites, tracking new trends, recommending changes, and providing support to colleagues to increase organic reach across English and international non-English properties.
Wymagania
- 3–5 years experience in on-site and technical SEO, preferably for international SaaS or marketplaces.
- Solid, extensive SEO knowledge and its application.
- Familiarity with Tech SEO tools like ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Chrome Dev Tools, WebPageTest.
- Experience with Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, and troubleshooting SEO issues.
- Spoken and written English and Polish at least B2 level.
- Ability to reverse-engineer solutions and develop original ones.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, with a positive, hardworking attitude.
- Openness to new approaches, tools, and testing ideas.
- Desire for responsibility and ownership.
Nice to have:
- Agency background.
- Experience with site migrations.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or BigQuery for data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and experience with a11y audits.
Obowiązki
- Perform technical SEO audits focusing on performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, rendering, indexability, code optimization, error handling, and redirects.
- Analyze improvement areas, recommend changes, and verify implementations.
- Monitor website traffic metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop and execute technical SEO strategies to grow organic traffic.
- Collaborate with dev, infra, and other technical teams.
- Support SEOs, content team, and stakeholders with technical SEO guidance.
- Keep updated with the latest SEO news and trends, especially in Technical SEO.
