IT 2nd Level Support (PLM)(all genders)

• Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education
• Experience with change management processes (e.g., CMII, ITIL)
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams such as R&D and Operations
• Independent, accurate work style with high problem-solving skills and understanding of complex processes
• Excellent team player with strong communication abilities
• Good knowledge of PLM systems; experience with Siemens Teamcenter is a plus

• Support the end-to-end solution from Product Structure creation to managing and releasing Engineering and Manufacturing BOMs
• Provide tier 2 support by troubleshooting and resolving issues alongside power users (tier 1)
• Identify areas for improvement regarding functionalities, performance, automation, user friendliness, and robustness
• Contribute to the evolution of the global process template, design guidelines, and design quality checks collaborating with Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Business Analyst
• Maintain documentation such as user manuals and process guides
• Execute and maintain test scripts to ensure solution quality
• Support enhancement and upgrade projects through all phases until production delivery
• Conduct user training for new and updated functionalities

The role requires a daily start time between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM.
