Senior Consultant

LinkGroup is hiring a Senior Consultant to focus on global vendor acquisition, risk evaluation, and contract negotiations within corporate training and education sectors.

• Proven experience in Procurement, Third-Party Risk Management, Vendor Management, or Corporate Compliance.
• Familiarity with corporate onboarding frameworks including ABC checks, media screening, and privacy evaluations; experience with EY risk tools such as BRIDGE is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience in contract negotiation and pricing with external vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and financial modeling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage external relationships independently.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the corporate Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem and experience identifying international professional training providers.

• Execute thorough risk assessments for global vendors, including Anti-Bribery & Corruption evaluations, adverse media screening, and Privacy Impact Assessments.
• Conduct global market research to identify and evaluate external training providers.
• Lead pricing negotiations and structure rate cards with suppliers.
• Guide third parties through compliance portals and internal approval frameworks using tools like BRIDGE.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel for supplier pricing analysis, market benchmarking, and risk reporting.
• Maintain proactive communication with vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline onboarding.
