Wymagania
- 3–5 years of IT infrastructure administration or systems engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with network administration: firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco), VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
- Experience with server administration on Linux and/or Windows Server.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with virtualization technologies: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of infrastructure security principles: hardening, patch management, access controls, certificate lifecycle.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting tools.
- Methodical in documentation, change management, and incident response.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
Nice to have:
- Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, AWS/GCP/Azure Associate, VMware VCP, or equivalent.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in SaaS, cloud-native, or CCaaS environments.
Obowiązki
- Owns availability, performance, and security posture of IT infrastructure including network, server, and cloud layers.
- Manages infrastructure lifecycle: capacity planning, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Responsible for backup integrity, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity.
- Ensures compliance with security policies and certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
- Administers network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, firewalls (e.g. Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco), VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, switching/routing.
- Manages server infrastructure (physical and virtual) including provisioning, patching, and performance tuning.
- Administers cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure): compute, storage, networking, IAM.
- Manages virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) and containerization environments.
- Implements and maintains backup and disaster recovery solutions; conducts DR tests.
- Monitors infrastructure with tools (Zabbix, Datadog, Grafana); responds to incidents.
- Enforces infrastructure security controls: patch management, vulnerability remediation, access hardening, certificate management.
- Manages on-premises and cloud storage solutions.
- Maintains infrastructure documentation.
- Supports IT security audits and contributes compliance evidence.
