Senior Content & Design Specialist

Provider of innovative IT systems for the financial sector seeking a highly skilled Senior Content & Design Specialist to drive content production and creative execution leveraging the latest AI technology.

• 3+ years B2B content marketing or creation experience in software, tech, or financial services.
• Excellent English business writing skills (C1/C2).
• Proficient daily user of AI tools for content production, including LLM writing assistants and AI image generation (e.g., Midjourney).
• Discipline in source-checking product claims in a regulated industry.
• Strong SEO and AEO knowledge with tools like Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush.
• Experience with CMS (WordPress or similar), HTML basics, marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), video editing (Descript, CapCut, Premiere), and design tools (Canva or Figma).
• Capable of interviewing experts and analyzing content performance (HubSpot, GA4).
• Degree or equivalent in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field.

• Execute the content strategy for the pod's products, deciding formats and buyer journey stages.
• Produce full-range assets: landing pages, blog articles, social media content, video and webinar repurposing, campaign kits, event creative.
• Draft, create variants, and localize content via AI workflows based on a verified knowledge base.
• Operate a repurposing system to create derivative content from hero assets.
• Create sales materials including one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and battlecards.
• Optimize on-page SEO and AEO for AI assistant citation.
• Localize content for different markets with AI support and review loops.
• Measure and improve content performance tracked in HubSpot.
