IT / Telco Project Manager

The role supports one of the most dynamic units of Comarch, delivering proprietary solutions for major operators across multiple continents, combining software with large-scale infrastructure and evolving traditional network management into intelligent ecosystems.

• Minimum 4 years experience managing IT projects, with required IT/Telco industry background
• Proven success in leading international projects at European scale
• Very good English proficiency (min. C1), used daily with international teams and clients
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Understanding requirements analysis, design, and implementation of advanced IT systems
• Practical knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, MS Office
• Ability to use AI tools to optimize processes, automate project tasks, and improve work efficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills: building lasting relationships within organization and with key international clients
• Independence, systematic approach, engagement, and full responsibility for decisions
• Additional European language skills (e.g., German, French) are strong assets
• Project Management and IT certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, PSM/Scrum Master, IIL) are welcome

• Manage full lifecycle of international IT/Telco projects from concept to deployment in European market
• Control project indicators: scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure solution quality
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and international clients, translating needs into technological solutions
• Report project status and effectiveness to management and stakeholders
• Conduct key project meetings, remove blockers, and support team daily challenges
