SAP PS Senior Consultant

ITFS is offering a position as a SAP PS Senior Consultant with 100% remote work in Poland.

• Minimum 5 years of configuration and consulting experience in SAP PS
• Industry experience in project services sectors (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, professional services)
• Advanced knowledge of Revenue Recognition (method POC)
• Strong competences in SAP CO (cost planning, Results Analysis, WIP, settlements, COPA)
• Practical experience managing networks/activities and project scheduling
• Experience with month/year-end closing processes in project industries
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional design in SAP
• Fluent English and Polish in business and technical contexts

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of integration with SD (project invoicing), MM (procurement), and FI (partial payments/advances)
• Experience working with S/4HANA and Fiori applications for project management
• Experience with COPA and margin reporting in project environments
• Participation in greenfield SAP implementations or template-based rollouts

• Responsibility for key processes in the R2R area, including cost and revenue planning in CO
• Managing budget (planning, releasing, transfers) and allocation of internal activities in CO
• Executing Revenue Recognition (method POC) processes in SAP PS, as well as Results Analysis and WIP calculations in CO
• Calculating surcharges, settlements to CO, FI, fixed assets and COPA, and margin analysis in CO
• Closing projects and project reviews in SAP PS
• Structuring projects (WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones, templates)
• Handling project invoicing and revenues in cooperation with PS, SD, and FI modules (assigning sales orders, invoicing, advances)
• Monitoring projects, reporting costs, budget and deviations, and status management (TECO)
• Integration with procurement area (goods receipts and invoice verification linked with WBS) in cooperation with P2P team
