Business Analyst

ITFS is the company offering the position under a stable market position.

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Senior/Manager in business analysis, ERP transformation, or ERP consulting
• Experience in ERP transformation; SAP implementation experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end processes, especially P2P, O2C/OTC, and Supply Chain processes
• Very good analytical skills
• Experience in PMO, particularly in preparing reports
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior stakeholders
• English language proficiency at C1 level

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Azure Functions and Logic Apps
• Experience supporting cloud-native and distributed applications
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with application monitoring, diagnostics, and observability practices

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders on business process analysis
• Analyze and map business processes and their dependencies
• Identify dependencies between processes and assess their impact on ERP transformation

• Work location: 100% remote in Poland
• Contract type: B2B with ITFS
• English language proficiency required at C1 level
