Senior Frontend Developer / AI Lead

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of Next.js 14+, especially App Router, React Server Components (RSC), SSG/ISR, and Streaming
• Very good knowledge of TypeScript in strict mode
• Very good knowledge of CSS, including Custom Properties, complex layouts with Grid/Flexbox, responsive systems, and accurate translation of projects from Figma
• Experience with Design Tokens pipelines like Style Dictionary or equivalent, and integration of Figma Variables with CSS/JS tokens
• Experience designing and developing Design Systems, including API component design, variants, composition patterns, and polymorphic components
• Very good knowledge of Storybook 7+, including Controls, A11y addon, and visual regression testing
• Experience building or migrating production Design Systems, not only using ready-made solutions
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

• Work in AI-first approach: prepare context for AI tools, verify, correct, and test generated code before deployment
• Configure and maintain shared AI settings and quality control mechanisms for the team, including instruction files and integration with Figma MCP
• Integrate Figma Variables and Components with Copilot context to ensure consistent and trustworthy use of AI in team workflows
• Ensure consistency and quality of AI-generated results regardless of tool used, e.g., Copilot, OpenCode
• Share knowledge within the Scrum team via pair programming, code reviews, and Pull Request comments
