• Very good knowledge of blockchain technology, trading environment, and financial markets
• Documented experience in Requirements Engineering/Management or a related Business Analyst role in fintech or blockchain
• Very good knowledge of trading platforms, digital assets, and financial market regulations
• Experience with Product Ownership
• Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and validating requirements using structured methods
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Practical knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
• Higher education in business informatics, management, informatics, or related field
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Good cultural fit and collaborative approach with stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of DLT technologies and their applications
• Knowledge of German language

• Collecting, organizing, and documenting business and technical requirements
• Analyzing existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Coordinating collaboration among stakeholders from product management, technology, and compliance areas
• Aligning business objectives with regulatory requirements and implementation expectations
• Creating structured requirement specifications and supporting feasibility assessments with architects
• Collaborating with development and QA teams to ensure correct implementation of requirements

• Supporting development of a configurable financial SaaS platform operating in a B2B2C model
