Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in backend development and architecture.
Proven experience as a Backend Developer or Architect.
Demonstrated experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot (both required).
Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices; experience with infrastructure and Kubernetes is a strong advantage.

Design, implement, and maintain backend systems and microservices using Kotlin and Spring Boot.
Architect and deliver RESTful APIs meeting performance, scalability, and security requirements.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, promoting best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
Work proactively on tasks even when requirements are incomplete or evolving.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and participate in DevOps practices.
Engage in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions to ensure maintainable and extensible solutions.

Participation in shaping architecture and technical direction of backend systems.
