Senior AI Engineer

• Commercial experience building AI solutions
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM)
• Experience integrating AI services with production applications
• Practical skills in Prompt Engineering and AI model integration
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices
• Experience with API and cloud solutions
• Ability to evaluate quality and reliability of AI solutions
• Effective collaboration in international teams
• English language proficiency at minimum B2+/C1 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, or SaaS industries
• Experience automating processes and workflows
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments
• Experience with MLOps
• Experience with AI tools supporting software development processes

• Deliver services in Healthcare projects supporting patient care processes
• Design and develop features using Generative AI and LLM
• Integrate AI solutions with business processes and production applications
• Collaborate with Principal AI Engineer on architectural and technical decisions
• Assess and optimize AI model performance, quality, and reliability
• Support engineering teams in applying AI during software development
• Develop AI and API integrations
• Use development tools including Claude Code
• Provide services remotely
