Quality Engineer (Test Automation), Veeva Vault Platform

Link Group is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer to join their global Quality & Validation team focused on enterprise SaaS platforms (Veeva Vault) and MuleSoft-based integrations.

• 4–7 years of QA/Testing experience, with 3–4 years hands-on experience in Robot Framework automation
• Proficiency in at least one additional automation tool such as Selenium WebDriver or Tosca
• Experience using Jira and XRAY for test case execution, traceability, and defect logging
• Proven experience authoring formal testing artifacts in a regulated GxP environment
• Basic to intermediate experience with API testing using REST and SOAP protocols
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with sprint-level test execution
• Excellent written English skills for audit documentation

• Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework as the primary tool, supplemented by tools like Selenium or Tosca
• Cover UI, API, and data-validation scenarios across platform configurations and integrations
• Execute automated regression test suites before major platform releases and integration changes
• Report, triage, and manage defect resolution
• Author, review, and maintain formal GxP-compliant test documentation including Test Plans, Test Scripts, Test Summary Reports, and Traceability Matrices
• Manage testing lifecycles using Jira and XRAY ensuring traceability from requirements to defects
• Collaborate in Agile sprint planning to incorporate testable and automation-friendly acceptance criteria into user stories
• Triage automation failures to distinguish between script/environment issues and actual system defects
• Provide test cycle time, defect density, and coverage metrics for governance reporting

Position requires working in a GxP-validated / regulated environment and creating audit-facing documentation according to GxP / CSV standards. English language proficiency is mandatory.
