(Cybersecurity) Delivery Lead

Antal is involved in a large-scale, global Identity & Access Management transformation programme focused on modernising IAM solutions in complex technology environments.

• Proven experience in project or delivery management, preferably in IAM or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience delivering Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects.
• Good understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Knowledge of IAM controls, processes, and requirements.
• Technical understanding of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior stakeholders.
• Experience in complex, international or large-scale technology environments.
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in large, distributed international teams.

Nice to have:

• Project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Experience with technical, cybersecurity, and IT operations teams.
• Previous roles as Scrum Master, Project Lead, or Delivery Lead in complex programmes.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and workflow management tools.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.

• Manage multiple IAM / IGA workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate project activities, priorities, resources, and dependencies.
• Work closely with business, technology, cybersecurity, and external stakeholders.
• Lead internal teams and vendors to deliver scope and milestones.
• Identify and resolve project issues affecting progress.
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables proactively.
• Support planning and implementation of scope, resource, and requirement changes.
• Maintain project documentation and keep Jira and Confluence updated.
• Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Align priorities with stakeholders across the programme.
• Identify continuous delivery process improvements.
• Escalate delivery risks and issues to keep projects on track.

Contract is B2B. Hybrid working model with 6 days per month from the office. Preferred office location in Kraków or Warsaw.
