• Minimum of 2 years of professional IT recruitment experience in similar roles
• Experience managing multiple clients and diverse senior-level stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with AI tools supporting recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Strong interest in learning quickly in an international environment
• Fluency in Polish and English

• Effective sourcing of suitable CVs according to hiring needs
• Exploring new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums for sourcing talent
• Fostering interaction with prospective candidates to effectively market and sell opportunities
• Assessing and analysing candidates' professional and soft skills through resume screening and phone conversations
• Creating and building a network of qualified candidates
• Preparing recruitment summaries and reports
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand talent acquisition needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Generating innovative sourcing channels and building a talent pipeline
• Handling end-to-end recruitment including job description drafting, interview management, and job offer negotiations
• Analyzing key recruitment metrics
• Monitoring trends in recruitment
