The role is offered by LinkGroup and involves working in the Integration Center of Excellence (CoE), focusing on building and maintaining integrations connecting Veeva Vault applications and broader enterprise systems using MuleSoft.
Wymagania
- 4–7 years of IT integration/engineering experience, including at least 2–3 years of hands-on MuleSoft / Anypoint Platform development (API design, connectors, deployment via CloudHub/RTF).
- Working knowledge of Veeva Vault APIs (REST/SOAP), authentication mechanisms, and Vault object/metadata models.
- Solid understanding of API-led connectivity, pub/sub models, batch vs. real-time sync, idempotency, and retry/error-handling mechanisms.
- Experience building and maintaining integrations within a GxP-validated/regulatory environment.
- Ability to work from design specs, with strong implementation, debugging, and operational troubleshooting skills.
- Practical experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models using Jira.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to native Veeva Vault-to-Vault (V2V) connections.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) certification (Level 1 or Level 2).
- Veeva Vault Platform Administrator Certification.
- Experience in a Life Sciences / Pharma CoE or shared services team.
- Familiarity with API management and reusable connector/template libraries.
Obowiązki
- Design and build integration flows in MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform) connecting Veeva Vault applications and enterprise systems.
- Implement integrations following CoE-approved patterns such as API-led connectivity, pub/sub, error handling, and idempotency.
- Configure and support native Veeva Vault-to-Vault (V2V) connections in coordination with Configuration Specialists.
- Collaborate with leads and architects to work from architectural specifications.
- Perform unit and integration testing and support QA and automation teams during E2E test cycles.
- Monitor production integration jobs, perform root-cause analysis on failures, and drive defect resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain technical documentation (interface specifications, data mapping, error-handling matrices) compliant with GxP standards.
- Provide technical input into ServiceNow Change Records and support integration impact assessments for Veeva Vault release cycles.
