Wymagania
- 4+ years of experience building and owning client-facing production applications where reliability, performance, and conversion matter.
- Strong skills in at least one core technology: TypeScript/React, Ruby/Rails, or Node.js; willingness to work across the full stack.
- Product instinct focusing on solving the right problem, not just shipping code.
- Comfortable with the full software lifecycle: framing, building, testing, deploying, monitoring, and iterating.
- Solid experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
- Ownership mindset, proactively identifying important problems.
- Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
Obowiązki
- Build and evolve core claiming flows across frontend and backend to production.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to identify friction points and ship measurable improvements.
- Design and run experiments to increase submission rates and reduce user confusion.
- Integrate claiming flows with documents, communications, claim processing, partner APIs, and internal tooling.
- Modernise legacy parts of the journey to enable faster and safer development.
- Enhance reliability and observability to detect and fix issues before affecting travelers.
- Maintain engineering quality via code reviews, testing, and pragmatic technical decisions.
- Utilize AI-assisted workflows where beneficial.
